The Q&A was part of the company’s ongoing effort to understand how its hiring process worked and to help the company develop new practices for the future.
Chipotle’s public Q &a is a weekly open-ended online video series, where employees get to ask questions of the corporate leader and discuss issues related to Chipotle.
This week’s video features the company answering questions about its hiring and career development processes.
In the video, Chipotle employee Jeremy Fazio, a veteran of the food service industry who worked at Chipotle from 2006 to 2016, talks about the challenges of working at the fast food chain.
Fazi also discusses how the company used a hiring process that allowed him to “get to know the employees better.”
During the Q&ab;, Fazieres answers questions from more than a dozen different employees, and he gives some background on how the process works.
The video is available on Chipotles website and is embedded below.
