Bobulinski Interview: A Weak Link Between Weakness and Success
- by admin
Bobulinsky, the former head of NBCUniversal and the former CEO of the Walt Disney Company, is a professor of business at the University of Southern California and the author of The Business of Success: The Art of How to Make More Money in Five Minutes a Day.
He spoke with Newsweek about the importance of using weak links to your business.
Bobulinsky was asked what he thinks is the best way to develop a relationship with an investor, whether it’s a friend or family member, and what his advice would be to a business owner.
Bobulinski: The one thing I really love to do is sit down with the investor, because I think you can always tell what he’s thinking about.
So I’m always very direct with them.
And I don’t want to have a lot of conversation about the company, because that’s really not my area.
So it’s important to listen to the investor.
But then you have to have strong communication with them, and to understand what their needs are, what they want from the company.
If you don’t, it’s not going to work out.
I think the most important thing is to understand that there are a lot people in your life that are going to help you grow your business, and that they want to help your business grow.
But it’s also important to be able to tell them that the company isn’t a good fit.
When I started my own company, I had a strong relationship with my management team, which is the people who were in charge of everything that I did.
It was the same thing with my staff.
I had the same relationships with my employees.
They were my best friends.
I always felt that they would always be there for me.
I didn’t have a problem with that, because they were there for us.
But when the time came to hire a CEO, I was always in a position to hire them.
I wanted to hire somebody who was going to grow the company in a way that I thought was going be a good thing.
I wasn’t sure that that person was going do that, so I went back to the source of my strengths.
I thought it was Bob and I would have a good relationship.
Bob: My advice to people that are interested in getting into the management business, is that you need to be very open.
You don’t have to tell everyone that you’re going to be there.
And it’s never a bad thing to be open about what you’re doing.
But if you don’ t want to, then you need some other people to know what you are doing.
You can be open, but it doesn’ t have to be a secret.
I don’t want to get into business with my friends, because then I’ll have a relationship that will last forever.
I want to be with people who are my friends.
In addition to being open to being with other people, it should be clear what they can do for you.
So if they can help you develop a strong business plan, they can make that work.
And then you don’,t have to talk to your team members.
They don’t need to know.
If they want a great relationship with you, then they should be open.
