KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A designer and also an analyst who is strong in all the skills needed to see a project through from concept to implementation. You will work through:

 Visual design that will make users smile and keep coming back.

 Implementation details so that nothing gets left out.

 A clear communicator with the ability to talk about your designs in terms of users and to advocate your direction with the product and engineering teams.

 Deep intuition for usability, but a willingness to let go of your instincts when proven incorrect

 Experience with an iterative design process: incorporating feedback, launching quickly, and testing hypotheses.

 A strong portfolio including workflows and beautiful visual design applied to web-based or standalone apps.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

 Knowledge of graphics and visualization tools such as Adobe CS5 Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Flash, presentation tools such as PowerPoint, and other industry standard design and data presentation tools.

 Knowledge of Adobe Captivate.

 Ability to balance attention to detail with prioritizing work in order to meet deadlines.

 You will be responsible for working with engineering and product leads to translate conceptual ideas into engaging design solutions. You will lead design through initial concepts and inspirational visuals through the design and build process for major products.

 Work closely with product managers, and engineering to create wireframe workflows and visual design mockups.

 Manages a repository of re-usable data visualization templates and views.

 Is a dynamic and self-starting individual able to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Familiarity with current web standards-based HTML, CSS, and interactive tools such as JQuery or other Javascript-based code libraries.

 Must have a great working knowledge of Micorsoft ppt.

 Software engineering experience is a plus: gone through System Development Life Cycle, understanding of Object Oriented System Development.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors in Engineering is MUST & MBA is a Plus
